Prototype: Electric G40 Plastic Guitar



Description
From the collection of Michael Dresdner. This G40 was modified by Mario Maccaferri with an electric pick up. Michael was a close friend of Maccaferri and purchased this guitar from him in the early 1980’s for $75. Mario told Michael “That he built it and did not like how it sounded.”
Used in the The Maccaferri Plastic Instrument Recording Project.
